Terms and conditions
Reservation Confirmation:
- A 25% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of reservation confirmation.
- The reservation is confirmed instantly and automatically through this online booking engine once you have accepted our general conditions and rates and completed the deposit payment with your credit/debit card.
- Once the deposit payment is accepted, the reservation is confirmed and you will be notified through the same window you are browsing that your reservation has been successfully registered in our booking system and database.
- The reservation notification is sent to the email address provided during the reservation process, along with details of your purchase and additional information about our accommodation and services.
**Cancellation Policy:**
- The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- The client would forfeit the deposit if they cancel within the 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- The remaining amount, after deducting the deposit, can be paid 3 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation is free in cases of force majeure.
- The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival by credit/debit card or in cash.
Accomodation Rules:
- Deposits will be required based on the characteristics of the group:
- €100 deposit
- €400 deposit if only adults are staying or if the rental is for a celebration.
- €800 deposit if it is a group of adults under 30 years old.
The deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival; it will be fully refunded once it is verified that there have been no damages and that the house rules have been followed (fortunately, our tenants are very careful, and the full deposit is always returned).
Smoking is not allowed inside the house (there is a designated covered outdoor area for smoking, where cigarette butts should be disposed of properly). Violation of this rule will result in the retention of the deposit.
Parties are strictly prohibited (including drinking parties, bachelor parties, and any other event that may cause damage, unacceptable noise, or endanger the integrity of the property and/or the guests). If it is found that this rule has been violated by holding a party and/or if “special” cleaning is required and/or damage has occurred to the property, the deposit will also be retained.
If, at the time of guest check-in at the property, it is found that the group consists of people under 30 years old, entry will not be permitted unless the previously mentioned €800 deposit is provided.
